Can I return an item?

We will replace faulty items if it arrives in that condition. The customer must supply photographic evidence of the faults. If this correct, then you will receive a replacement item of exactly the same design, colour and size as appears on your order. Because of EU consumer legislation we will accept returned items for reasons other than damage but please note the customer is responsible for all postage and no postage will be refunded. Please check sizing charts to avoid this issue.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do! We have competitive international shipping rates. Please note that customers are responsible for any import taxes as we have no control over that.

 

Why did my items arrive separately?

Different items are manufactured in our different facilities so may arrive in separate parcels - however you will only be charged the one shipping fee.

 

Where are your products manufactured?

Our base products are sourced from the US, Central America and South East Asia however all printing and embroidery is done in the US.  Some products might be printed or embroidered in the UK or Latvian facilities for European customers.

 

Are your products unisex?

Yes, all products are unisex so suitable for either men or women unless otherwise stated. Please check the sizing charts for each item to ensure the right fit. Sizing charts can be found in the product photos for each item.
